I'm With The Brand: First Aid Beauty

Guess who's back with a brand new.. blog post?  That was my sad attempt at being cool I guess.  Well anyway, here is my next post in the 'I'm With The Brand Series,' following my first with Clean and Clear.  When I find something I like, I usually stick with it for a long time when it comes to skin care.  I don't like to really dabble in much being that I have some of the most sensitive skin out there.  As I have explained many times before, my skin is next-level sensitive and there are basically many things that I cannot use which makes me so unhappy.  Also, this winter I had eczema on my face and it was TERRIBLE.

This post focuses on First Aid Beauty!  I absolutely LOVE this brand for so many different reasons.  For one, the brand is SO easy to find.  You can buy it obviously anywhere online and in Sephora, etc.  There has only been one time where I couldn't find my moisturizer that I use from this brand and when I couldn't, the beauty advisor told me to try the Ultra Repair Cream and it worked like a charm.  Obviously the reason for me not finding the moisturizer was because they were just simply out of it and I didn't want to wait by ordering it online.

Starting with the Ultra Repair Instant Oatmeal Mask, I have to say that I am so surprised at what it has done for my face.  Being that I normally am a pretty big fan of face masks, I picked up this one knowing that it would be especially great for my sensitive skin.  I remember grabbing this one from Sephora in, I would say, March.  That being said, we were just starting to kind of enter the territory of spring, but still freezing cold weather and my face was still acting up.  That was absolute perfection for doing the job of clearing up my face, while remaining extra gentle.  I continue to use it now (as my face has completely cleared up) and it really helps thoroughly clean and soften the skin.

The face cleanser is super awesome.  I know I have spoken about this cleanser in a video that I filmed on my YouTube channel before talking to you guys about it.  I love it for an everyday cleanser because it works perfectly for my Clarisonic and for days that I feel too lazy to even use my Clarisonic.  This makes me very happy.  Also, I have to mention it again but it does wonders for sensitive skin.  And by 'doing wonders for sensitive skin' I actually mean it does nothing.  As in, it doesn't break you out in a rash, irritate your skin/eyes or the surrounding areas or anything else like that.  Check plus in my book!

Ultra Repair Face Moisturizer.  Where do I start with this?  This was the first FAB product that I tried because I was in search of a perfect moisturizer that I could use on my skin during the colder months that was good enough for sensitive skin.  Now, even in the warmer months, I still use it.  This is definitely my new go-to facial moisturizer.  Although sometimes I do apply it in the morning, I am more accustomed to applying it at night and then waking up with a stunningly soft feeling face.  LOVE IT.

The Anti-Redness Serum is something that I never really considered using before to be honest.  I figured though that if I was going to try it out, this would be the brand to do so and I could not be happier that I did.  I have to say, it was such a strange sensation on the skin, but when I applied it and after 30 seconds, everything was perfectly fine.  It does take a while to see a difference with this product but I don't hate it for that!  If there was something from the line that I don't plan on repurchasing, it would be this.  Not because I hate it, but because I don't think it's absolutely necessary.

The Ultra Repair Cream is probably my second favorite in the line.  I don't know, it's a close second with what I will talk about next.  As I mentioned when I was talking about moisturizer in the intro, I stumbled upon this product in the line because I was looking for the moisturizer in Sephora and they didn't have it at the time.  I needed something else and I trusted this brand, so the beauty advisor told me to that essentially this formula is just thicker than the regular moisturizer but has most of the same ingredients in it.  After speaking with her some more and asking a few more questions, her assurance was enough for me to purchase and she was absolutely right!  I am thrilled to have this as a backup moisturizer.  I haven't use it anywhere other than on my face but perhaps I will try it on my legs!

The Detox Eye Roller is something I have never tried before.  This is wierd because there are tons of products that come in roller ball form, but I have just never tried them.  When I heard about this dark circle offering from the brand I knew I had to try it immediately.  Something for sensitive skin that was a solution to the debauchery that is dark circles is *eVeRyThInG* to me.  I have been using the product for the past month pretty consistently and I have seen a difference!  I have to say, it is a slow process, but I have actually seen a difference and that makes me happy.  If I was even more diligent with it, I would probably see that happening a little faster.  But hey, what can I say #lazygirlprobs.  I am really happy with this though for the progress it's given me (I have severe dark circles under my eyes) and the cooling sensation underneath your eyes is interesting too, it wakes you up in the morning.  Love this!

Overall, I would definitely recommend checking out First Aid Beauty, 100%!  I will be using their products for a very long time and would say to you that you should as well.  I cannot wait to give more of their products a try and I will sure let you know what I think when I do.  Have you ever tried FAB products?  What am I missing?  Send me a tweet or let me know in the comments if you have!  -Brit.

PS- Fun fact.  While I was photographing these products, it was very windy on the water and they kept falling over, lol.  Very difficult but you know.  #BloggerProbs .. we've all been there.

25 Things You Don't Know About Me, Part 1

One of the blogs that I read, Peanut Butter Fingers (Julie) just recently posted '25 Things You Don't Know About Me' and I immediately thought that I would do it.  I have been thinking about doing a blog post similar to this recently but I kind of wanted a template for it.  What I did for this post was I took Julie's questions and answered them in my own opinion.  The reason I clarify is because normally it would just be '25 Things That You Don't Know About Me' and you could list whatever, but I decided to fill in my answers to the start of what Julie provided!  In the future I want to definitely just do a candid one for myself, I think that would be fun.  Enjoy!

25 Things You Don't Know About Me, Part 1

1. I'm Happiest When: I'm with my family, talking to my best friend and successful with work.

2. I love to spend free time: Reading (of all sorts: articles, novels, etc).  Tere's nothing stopping me from learning or reading absolutely anything new.

3. I've always wanted to: Go to Hawaii, ever since I was a tiny little girl.

4. My family and I: Are very small.  We have a tiny group, but unbelievably strong bond and relationship.  I wouldn't trade who I have in my life for the entire world.

5. I was a terrible: 'Directions Giver,' if that's a thing.  I still am absolutely horrific when it comes to giving someone directions.

6. My first job ever was: A chamber maid in Ocean Grove!

7. I could probably eat: Ice Cream/Pizza everyday.  I was so tempted to just leave Julie's answer here but I had to add in the pizza.  There really isn't one day that goes by where I don't think about pizza.  Oh lawd.

8. I stole: I don't think I can recall anything.  Maybe some sleep from when I was supposed to be awake being productive?

9. I was born on the same day as: My little cousin Jessica.

10. My all-time favorite film is: Mean Girls.

11. I do a pretty mean: Guacamole.

12. I'm still mad: That bucket hats are relevant right now.

13. My favorite color is and three things that are the color are: Orange/yellow!  I cannot pick just one.  The sun, pumpkins, mangoes.

14. I always knew I wanted: To work in New York City.

15. I'm not afraid to: Do anything really!  You have to live for yourself and the only way to do this successfully is to be fearful of nothing.

16. I make the best: Homemade baked French Fries!

17. I have almost no: Patience left, I'm trying though!  #PositiveVibes please!

18. I'm (now): A Jersey Girl and will probably remain one.  If anything, I can see myself briefly living in New York City.  This doesn't mean I wont try living in certain places!

19. I always cry when: I think about how much I miss one of my uncles that passed away.  Crying now.

20. I spent 12 years: Being a competitive dancer actually.  It's funny that Julie put this question on here that she made up herself, but it fits me too.  I enjoyed my time as a dancer and I miss it a little, to be honest.

21. My ideal weather climate for everyday would be: HOT!  I could live in the 90 degree weather everyday!

22. At 5, I was deeply in love with: The same things I am now: reading, the beach and talking everyones faces off.

23. I believe if everyone was: happier, the world would be a better place.

24. I can't stand: People who walk slow or stop walking in the middle of the sidewalk.  Drives me nuts!

25. Whenever: Friends is on, I'll watch it.  (Another samsies with Julie).

If you want to, answer these questions in a comment below or your own blog post.  Send me a tweet and let me know you've done so!  Like I said, these are Julie's Qs of which some I have changed around.  Thanks for reading and I'll be back with you soon!  -Brit.

OOTD: 7/28/14 Details

Hey all!  Today I'm bringing you a fun little video highlighting the details of my outfit from yesterday.  I just had a couple of casual errands to do but I wanted to dress relaxed and cute.

My cardigan is from H&M, my tank top is from Target, my skirt is from Target, my shoes are from Aldo and my sunglasses are from Forever 21.  Everything is super inexpensive and the black shoes are the ones that I got in replacement of the ones that came to my house the other day, too small.

What is your go to outfit for running some casual errands?  Tweet me or leave a comment!  -Brit.

Gel Manicure #3: Update

As you know, I have recently 'found the light' in gel manicures.  Although I haven't written anything about my second one, I wanted to definitely document this one because it's the best one yet.  Perhaps I will continue showing you each manicure I get, because I do plan to get some cool stuff when the holidays start coming around.

When I saw this color on the color wheel in the salon, I automatically fell in love with it, but I wasn't sure I wanted to get it.  I was torn between this 'rust orange/red' color and the one I actually chose.  I decided to wait with the rusty color until at least August.  I didn't want to rush the fall or anything.  #SummerForever

As you may be able to realize, there are fine glitters in the polish that are yellow.  Combined with the pink it almost looks green and it is absolutely beautiful.  I like this color because I wanted something interesting but subdued at the same time.  You might be thinking, 'Uhhhh, that's not subdued,' but it actually really is.  The only time the glitter picks up is when it hits the sun or direct light, other times it just looks like a really nice pink color.

Another thing you might be able to notice that my nails are growing DRASTICALLY from where they were three weeks ago.  Now that I have gel nails, I constantly feel the necessity to massage my cuticles.  This is really wierd sounding but it's completely true.  For some reason I guess I try to convince myself that it will make them grow and it just feels good.  So far so good I would say.

Have you guys tried gel manicures since I last wrote about them?  Let me know in a tweet or leave a comment below.  I would definitely suggest this color over my last two, I enjoy it.  -Brit.

Keyboard, Beauty Marks and Mythical Beasts?

Now I surely don't want you to just think I'm constantly wanting things.  While this is true, every once in a while there are a few things that accumulate in my mind's wish list and I talk about them here!  My last post was a few things that I couldn't stop thinking about and this one is going to be the same.

Not too long ago, I was introduced to Charles & Keith.  I can't tell you from where (probably some online website like StyleCaster or Refinery 29) but I just cannot stop checking them out!  I know I just got a bunch of shoes from Aldo so I don't plan to make any other purchases until fall, but these seem so cute to me.  For that reason though, I probably wont be making this purchase.  Most likely this will remain on my wish list.  Who knows though, we'll see!  Charles & Keith, Pointed flats $46

Okay.  I guess it's time for me to proclaim my love for GMM on the blog.  If you follow me on Twitter you will know how obsessed I am with Rhett and Link but I am pretty sure that this is the first time I'm mentioning it here.  What better way to start my mornings than with an episode and a cup of coffee in my Good Mythical Morning Mug.  #Happiness  Good Mythical Morning Mug $12

My obsession with tattoos is real.  I don't believe I have talked about them on the blog (at least not in depth).  Being that tattoos can really get extremely expensive, I guess this is the next best idea other than Henna.  I like the idea of these BeautyMarks because I think the shapes provided are super adorable (aside from the animal head, I'm not really into it).  I love the idea of the so called 'metallic tattoo' that you can just put on for the weekend and wash off, or take better care so it stays longer.  Would you guys try these?  I think they're adorable!  Mr. Kate, BeautyMarks $12

I'm not sure if I ever explained the incident when I spilled liquid on my original keyboard that I got with my iMac.  But I did and I am not happy about it all. To get by, I have been using a wireless GE one that I got from target for about $15-$20. I really don't like it at all but to be honest, I don't want to spend a million dollars on another one.  I recently found this one for $60 from Logitech and I love it!  I think it's pretty awesome that it's solar, thin and Mac conducive. Logitech, Wireless Solar Keyboard $60

Thanks for tagging along once again!  Have you tried/do you own any of these things?  Let me know on Twitter or leave me a comment.  I hope you've had a great weekend, talk to you soon!  -Brit.

A Few Of The Reasons Why I Love Internet Culture

Honestly where can I begin?  It's so hard to explain why I love something so much when there are so many different reasons.  I guess the underlying theme, the motif if you will, is that no matter where you are in your life the internet is always there.  Now you may be thinking: 'What the actual fuck?' and you do have a right to feel this way.  BUT, what I am talking about can be understood in a plethora of ways.  Whether you're at the highest high or the lowest low, the internet almost always is a place that can make you feel stoked, find something to accompany your crying, enforce you're 'turnt up nature' or quench any type of thirst you may be feeling (*lets minds wander*).

It may or may not come as a secret to my readers that I haven't had the easiest life, but I don't complain about any of it to anyone except for my father and my best friend.  I really wouldn't want it any other way to be honest.  But when I say the internet helps you when you're at the lowest of lows, really applies to me before anything else.  This topic is so complex that I don't claim to expel all of my emotions and thoughts about internet culture here, but I just want to feel that cathartic feeling for a moment.

I have such an undying, unbelievable passion for current events, politics, fashion and beauty.  This should come as no surprise.  Whether five or 5,000 people read this blog, I hope to inspire people with it.  I went into Journalism and got my degree because I have an amazing love for writing and giving the people what they deserve, knowledge.  They have the right to know whats going on.

Back to my love for the internet.  Being that above mentioned passions can all be easily combined and found on all media, I've always experimented with print, online, radio, TV.  Anything else there could possibly be.  I have never discounted anything and I never will.  I truly hope that print journalism never dies.  But while all of this is true, the connection with constant access to up to the date information inspires me to no end.

While there are lines to be drawn between blogs and news sources, often times I feel its evident that they do play off of each other.  If I, at any time, am able to have access to both a credible news source and a blog at the same time, to me, that seems like the most powerful thing in the entire world.  Think about the social media platforms that bring readers and curious minds to these news stories.  Why do you think publications and websites that are the biggest news sources in the world are on Twitter?

Following journalists on social media is the best thing that you could possibly do to educate yourself other than reading.  This is much different than just following a news source because you get the raw, unedited thoughts of the journalist from the field at times.  Take for instance the unfortunate events of the second Malaysian Airlines plane that went down recently.  When I had heard about the event, I immediately took to Twitter, scoured for journalists that were there on scene and was able to see photos, read first-hand accounts and then juxtapose those thoughts and ideas with what was actually happening on news channels.

Don't have a television in your room?  Unable to see things happen live on TV?  Where do you turn?  To the internet.  Often times reputable news sources will offer live coverage of exactly what they are streaming on live TV, right on their website.  This is how powerful the media can be.

Moving away from news for a moment (as I can go on forever), we turn to the world of fashion and beauty.  Although they are completely separate worlds, they bleed together in many different facets.   Blogs are the most amazing thing in the entire world when it comes to the world of fashion.  Whether its runway you crave or street style, there is always something for you.  Fashion culture dominates social media with its up to the minute style insight whether its an Insta-vid from backstage at fashion week, an OOTD post, an 'Inside this Chic Fashionista's Brooklyn Apartment' feature or a fantastic interview with a designer.  It's so simple to get lost for HOURS in your bloglovin' feed catching up on the latest and trust me, I've done it.

There's really no better feeling than following designers, socialites, insiders and models during fashion week.  Do you want to know what type of bra the models were wearing during Marc Jacobs?  Make sure you follow Kendall Jenner, she'll be sure to let you know.   Cara Delevigne will inform you on the latest from DKNY, Burberry, Chanel and others.  Curious to see who is wearing what in this years Victoria's Secret fashion show?  Check out all of the models on their Instas.  There really is no stopping you when it comes to finding out anything you want to know when it comes to fashion.  The fashion world is your social media oyster.

Beauty.  Where can I begin.  While some of the things I said above about fashion can be said about beauty as well, nothing compares to some of the beauty brands and how well they run their social media sites.  When I think about fashion social media, I think the brands do great on social media, but the bloggers tend to outshine the social media footprint.  With beauty, it's the other way around for me.  Two of my personal favorites right now are Benefit Cosmetic's Instagram and First Aid Beauty's Twitter.  I cannot explain how much I love them, but I will try.

Benefit is great.  I love how they create UGC so easily with contests, post quotes to keep people motivated, makeup tips that you can take for yourself or share with someone else and a whole lot more.  Perhaps the best thing about their Instagram is the colorful nature.  Nothing makes me happier and puts me in a better mood, than seeing bright vibrance and Benefit delivers this for sure.  First Aid Beauty makes me happy on Twitter because they deliver the best customer service possible.  Their social media management team is the best.  I have mentioned them on multiple occasions and I think almost every time I mention them, they either favorite, reply or answer my tweets.  Not only this, but sometimes when I'm going through my timeline, I see RTs from other blogs that they've done and I get to discover other blogs to become obsessed with.  This is the way the social media world works.

I will definitely do another post to follow up on my thoughts here.  I want to also talk about YouTube and how YT culture is probably the best out there as well.  I hope you found inspiration in this post to become more active online, better your knowledge, become obsessed or whatever!  Think of the internet as immersing yourself in a world full of things you love.  A place where you can bring it all together.  You can get access to everything that makes you happy, all at once.  And in that, there is power.

Send me a tweet and let me know what your thoughts are on internet culture.  Be sure to stay tuned for my follow-up post full of thoughts that I may have missed, as well as my thoughts on YT culture.  -Brit.

Aldo Haul!

Guys.. stop the presses.  There's an Aldo sale and you know I had to take advantage and pick up a few things.  I picked up six pairs of shoes for under $100 and I could not have been more excited.

Pair #1: Cruikshank in Cognac

#2: Primolano in Orange

#3: Ulirari in Light Blue

#4: Direven in Bone Suede

#5: Unissa in Black Nubuck

#6: Can't Find These Online!

I hope you've enjoyed the photos!  I know a couple of things for sure.  The first being that I love absolutely every pair.  While this is true, the last pair (that I cannot seem to find online anymore) just doesn't fit me right!  I am so gutted about it (but that's okay).  I'm going to bring them to the nearest Aldo and exchange them for another size because I just DIE for this shoe!  My favorite part is (of course) the orange portion on the inside.  Have you purchased anything in the Aldo sale?  Let me know in the comments or be sure to send me a tweet!  Stay tuned for some styling with these shoes!  -Brit.

My Week In Pictures

I know for sure I've told you guys about how obsessed I am with Instagram.  I'm sure every single other person in the world is just as obsessed.  I just can't explain the satisfaction that I get when I'm able to share the color and beauty of the things around me.  It may sound a little lame for me to say but I just love the feeling.  I actually would like to challenge you to do the same.  It might get your creative juices flowing, you just never know.  That being said, I just wanted to share with you some photos from my week, so check it out!

#1: Stormy Skies

For the first half of the week, I knew we were expecting stormy weather.  We were warned several times to stay away from low-laying areas, prepare for severe weather, etc.  I never am surprised with the weather we get here because after Sandy, anything is possible.  Even before Sandy, I know that obviously nothing really gets 'crazy' weather wise, but there's always the potential for insane wind.  There was a point in time this week though, that the water outside my window looked so calm, but the sky was almost as dark as night.  I felt like I was sitting here waiting for a tornado and this is what this photo depicts.  This has happened before, but the feeling I had during this moment in time was so strange.  The room felt cold, I felt super alone and quite frankly it's amazing how the weather can make you feel!  Don't you agree?  What has the weather been like where you live?  Hopefully better!

 #2: Evening Regatta

When the sun finally decided to show its face for a little while, the sails in the area were able to put on a little regatta.  This always makes me happy.  For some reason, they always tend to happen around here on Tuesdays.  I don't know much about the sailing culture as I don't belong, but I just love watching it from my windows and porch.  I am lucky enough to be able to have this beautiful scenery so catching these things every once in a while just makes me happy.  I found this to be especially funny/interesting because I saw the sail with a spider and the sail with the lightening bolt, hahaha.  Also, the boat on the bottom right was so awesome.  I wish I had gotten another photo of how cool it looked.  The boat flags were beautiful and I just felt so 'nautical' hahaha.  That sounds ridiculous but I don't care.

#3: Emoji Day, Duh!

I mean, I don't think I have to explain this at all.  It was the only day you could use the July 17 emoji.  You're welcome for this ~*eXtReMeLy*~ important piece of knowledge.  I had to celebrate.

#4: The Fierce Level

You all know that I have an obsession with shoes and as I told you, it hasn't always been that way.  These beauties from Aldo are actually something that I would have NEVER bought.  When I saw them, I thought of trying something different and to be honest, I think they were on a killer sale.  I don't think I could imagine my life without these now.  #NoJoke.  I mean seriously, how gorg are these!?  Let us not forget to mention the fantastic pedicure that I have.  I only say fantastic because of the color, I really didn't like the place I went to for it!  I was a little upset because I've gone there before, but this time I just wasn't happy.  Keep in mind, this isn't the same place I went to for my gel manicure.  The place I went to for my gel manicure I LOVED, Star Nails!  I want to try a pedicure there soon, perhaps this week with my Aunt.  I didn't go there this time because of a timing issue.

Share your photos from this week on Twitter with me!  Let me know what you've been up to.  Thank you so much for reading and I look forward to talking with you all again soon!  -Brit.

Jersey Shore Pirate Adventures!

Have you ever wanted to become a pirate yourself?  I bet the answer to that is, "Absolutely, yes!"  I know for me it most definitely is.  I  love being on the water and I myself (as a 24 year old) find pirates to be so interesting, so when I heard about this I definitely wanted to give it a try.  Of course I had to find a reason to go and do it because it's for children (lol).  I have known about this adorable little venture for a couple of years now but didn't even think about how it would be perfect to take my cousin along for the ride!  I thought it would be a perfect little summer activity for him.  When my aunt saw it, she was definitely on board (see what I did there?  Kinda..) and off to sea we went!  Come along on the adventure with us, Ahoy Maties!

The first order of business was getting tattoos.  When I heard this, I was stoked.  I thought this was such an adorable and cute little way to get into the spirit.  We jumped right into this picnic table set up and got tattoos from Finn.  Of course you know my Aunt had to get one.  I got one too, don't judge.  Starfish and anchors for the win.  Thanks Finn!

This 'I'm the Captain now' wheel picture taking spot was super adorable for the kids.  There were a ton of kids chomping at the bits to get a photo.  After dressing up like a pirate (they give you a treasure chest full of pirate garb to chose from), how could you not take a photo!?  Here's Eagle Eye Ean getting his shot at it.  Oh!  I forgot to mention, they give the kids little nick names, fit for a pirate on a ship!  So adorable.  ARGHHHH, Eagle Eye Ean at your pirate service!

After photo taking, tattoo getting and nick name receiving, it was time to hang out and wait for the ship to leave the dock.  Here's my aunt and cousin hamming it up for the camera as we wait.  Momentarily, the ship started coming in from the earlier crew that was out to sea.

When the ship docked, it was time to get on!  First thing I noticed were these water cannons on the side.  I thought they were such a cute little touch but little did I know that the kids were going to be able to shoot them!  It's little details like this that made the kids more involved in the entire experience.

Once in a while Finn had to rally the kids and get them back to the bow for some pirate debriefings.  These debriefings included important things like finding secret treasure on a map he had and fishing secret little packages out of the water that may or may not have contained Pirate's Grog!

Once in a while Captain Scurvy made his way up to the bow to deliver a message to the little pirates.

Here's the kids shooting the water cannons, adorable!  They were practicing for when the enemy comes to attack them.  They didn't need much practice though, because the enemy didn't stand a chance.

This part was probably my favorite!  How cute were the kids each getting on a water cannon and trying to douse the enemy?  When it comes to protection, the pirates weren't letting The Sea Gypsy II down!

Finally, X marks the spot on the map became a reality!  The kids spotted the treasure floating around.

My aunt and I of course had to get in on the picture taking action.  After all, we were having a good time too!  Captain Scurvy noticed that Ean was the oldest of the group and he offered Ean a chance to  be Captain for a moment.  He LOVED every second of this, as you can tell!

At the end, the mini pirates took a photo together.  After drinking some Pirates Grog and getting their treasure from the chest they fished out of the water, they were happy!  I'm sure you can sense the enthusiasm.  Swords in the air on three.. 1, 2, 3!

Overall this was an adorable experience for the kids!  As you can probably tell from most of the photos, Ean was the oldest one there.  With that being said, he still had an amazing time and was so thankful for the experience (he was talking about it all day afterwards).  If I had to choose what I thought were his favorite parts, it would be the nick names and being Captain.  He loved that.  I would recommend bringing your child to this at any age (younger than 11-12)!  Most of the kids on the ship we sailed out with were probably eight and under, so if bringing kids any older, maybe bring along a friend.

Jersey Shore Pirate Adventures offers not only multiple sailing times per day, but birthday parties as well.  The Pirate Cruise is $19 per person for everyone 3 and older, $12 for kids 2 and under.  The crew was exceptional with the kids and so fun to interact with.  Not only this, but they made hilarious jokes for the parents and family members to stay involved and have a good time as well.  This is such an inexpensive, fun activity for the kids!  Check out their website for more information.

Have you been to the Pirate Cruise if you're in the area?  What have your experiences been?  If you haven't seen it already, check out my blog post about our other adventure at the Camden Aquarium!  Send me a tweet or leave me a comment of fun things you're doing where you live this summer.  -Brit.
