I am so excited about this latest Ciate Caviar Manicure that I tried! It actually reminds me of snow and makes me happy. I know, snow.. making me happy.. imagine that. I posted an Instagram picture today with the below photo saying 'I'd rather have the snow on my manicure than the ground,' because that is completely true. I mean how gorgeous is this though?! Winter whites, FTW!
