Ooooooh, it's November and the closer we get to Thanksgiving, the happier we all get. These chocolate chews are something that were always made this time of year when I was younger. I always think about them when November/December rolls around and cant resist making them for the family. Not only are they the simplest recipe ever, but they're delicious and something different than your everyday Thanksgiving dessert/Christmas cookie. Check out the ingredients/how they're made:

You'll need the above pictured.

Preheat the oven at 350 degrees. Combine the can of condensed milk, two cups of the graham cracker crumbs, a cup of the chocolate chips, 1/2 a cup of nuts (optional, and any of your choice), and one tsp of cinnamon and mix them together. At one point, the consistency should be a little harder to combine. This is when you know it's pretty much ready to be baked.

You can make them thicker by putting them in a 9x9 pan, or use a 13x9 for thinner chews. Bake them for about 25-30 minutes. If you like them gooey, 25 minutes. If you like them cakey, 30 minutes. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top! Don't skip that step, it's a classic! ;)
If you recreate them, tweet me a picture. Trust me they are so delicious!
