Think of it Thursday - 9/11

I haven't done one of these in so long!  I don't know why because in the interim there have been a couple things I have been thinking about purchasing, but I just didn't get around to it.  I hope you guys enjoy this one though and that it gets you inspired to purchase some cool things for the fall.

Herschel Backpack in Polka Dots and Houndstooth
I wrote about this backpack on the blog not too long ago and said that I was going to order it (or something like that).  I haven't done it yet and I don't know why because obviously I can't get it out of my head.  I just think it is so cute.  Obviously it is not going to be able to match with everything you wear but I really don't seem to care, haha.  Have you guys tried a Herschel backpack?  Let me know!

 Maybelline The Nudes
I have heard mixed things about this palette on the blogging community and also on YouTube.  Some people are saying that it's an awesome buy and there are great color payoffs on some of the shades, and some are saying that it's not worth the money.  I am pretty sure the price is no more than $15 so in my opinion I think it's worth it to try if I'm out picking up other things I need.  Have you tried it?

H&M Denim Shirt With Rhinetones
I can't even begin to tell you how much I am obsessed with denim shirts.  I have three different ones and I probably don't need another one in the wardrobe.  From where I see it though, you really don't need to put a limit on how many denim shits that you own.  I mean, I really don't think you should set a limit on anything that you own.  Right?  Look at these rhinestones though.  They are definitely guaranteed to make you a little happier as the weather starts to get depressingly cold.  Agreed?  Yes.

Nars Radiant Creamy Concealer
I have been thinking about trying this concealer for a while because I have heard some great things about it.  I tried another concealer from Nars in the past and I absolutely loved it, but I haven't repurchased it.  I'm actually happy I didn't repurchase it though because now I can get this one!

Aldo Deloro
These shoes make me so happy.  Obviously you can tell they are going to be so comfortable and they make me feel like I'm in space or something.  At least they make me want to be in space.  I feel like they can probably brighten a mood and they're black.  Does that make sense?  I don't know.

Olive Garden Breadsticks
I have been craving them lately.  Someone take me.  No judgements.

Thanks for reading.  What have you guys been wishing for lately?  Let me know by sending me a tweet or leaving a comment below.  I'm looking forward to the weekend so that I can maybe shoot some outfits or a fun day at the farmers market.  Talk to you all soon!  -Brit.

PS

Sunny or cloudy, it will always be one of my favorite places in the world.

Think of it Thursday #3.

Hi everyone, it's Think of it Thursday!  Happy browsing! :)

Thanks for reading/looking.  What are you all craving this Thursday?  Anything that I should take a look at?  Let me know in the comments below or send me a tweet.  The photos of course belong to the websites.

Think of it Thursday.

So there of course comes a time in life where we just sit around and think about things that we WANT, but simply cannot justify the price tag.  I mean to be honest, that happens to me on the daily.  I love shopping and I love buying things but it's not always practical.  Whats better than actually purchasing?  Thinking about things we love and want to buy, so welcome to Think of it Thursday.  I was inspired by Damsel in Dior (Jacey Duprie) to do this series because she does one called "What I want Wednesday," and I absolutely love it.

So to start, I absolutely love this purse.  The style is so practical and it's not that big.  There is a strap to carry the bag in the crook of your arm as well as over the shoulder or cross body.  The color is perfect too, remember when mint was all the rage last spring?  This year, black and white is on mega trend so this combination is great.  Kate Spade never disappoints.

I think I have talked about this candle before, Eucalyptus Spearmint from Bath and Body Works.  This is one of my all time favorites because the scent is so relaxing.  I have a couple of back-ups at home now, but you can never have enough of a great thing! ;)

Now Revlon is not an expensive brand, it's from the drugstore!  If I was to randomly get one thing on this list today, it would probably be the Nearly Naked line from Revlon.  When it first came out, I wanted to try them and I have heard nothing but great things about the line.

The new Mac Mineralize Rich Lipsticks look so awesome.  I love the color range but the price is a little ridiculous.  I can't wait to try them out because I already love the normal lipsticks from Mac that I have a thousand of (unhealthy I know).

Look at those Steve Madden sandals.....:O.  I just LOVE them.  Just a little tip when searching for a great pair of Steve Maddens in general: Check your local DSW or the DSW website.  Sometimes, you can find the shoes you are looking for at a fraction of the cost.  Marshalls, too!

The Forever 21 embroidered dress is super adorable and great for spring and summer.  I think I'd be rocking this as a cover-up on the beach or just to relax and kick back around the house.  I can definitely see myself just laying outside wearing this dress on my back deck, lol.

I have always been a fan of patterned pants but these from J. Crew just about push the envelope and I think I am in LOVE.  Not saying that I would pair the two, but this collared eyelet tee is cute for spring.  Peach is subtle and great for someone who wants to try color and normally doesn't wear it.

I love DailyLook so much.  I first heard about it on YouTube and have found myself going back to the website a ton to see what they have paired together.  If you are looking for some fashion inspiration, this is the perfect place to go.  This look is perfect for spring.  White and a corall-y pink are spring chic.

Last but not least is this great Peter Pan collar from Forever 21.  I only have one of these in my collection but I love this one.  These collars always have the ability to amp up anything you are wearing and add a statement to something that was once considered plain.

Send me a tweet or leave something awesome in the comments!  I hope you all enjoyed this post.  I was super inspired by Damsel in Dior and I want to do these every week!  All the photo's here belong to the respective sites.   Thank you for reading.
